UPDATE 9:42 p.m. -- Rochester firefighters say a mobile home and vehicle were a complete loss in a fire Friday afternoon. A neighboring mobile home had smoke and minor fire damage as well. Crews estimate damages to cost about $75,000.
Bystanders told firefighters that a woman was trapped inside, but crews did not find anyone inside. An occupant was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation, but was reportedly outside the home once crews were on scene.
Rochester police and Mayo clinic Ambulance Service assisted. Red Cross was called in to help those impacted by the fire.
ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – A mobile home fire in Southeast Rochester damaged at least one home at Oak Terrace Mobile Home Park Friday afternoon. This is off Marion Road.
Someone who witnessed the fire tells KTTC at least four fire trucks were at the scene around 4 p.m. This witness also says no one was hurt.
The mobile home that caught fire appears to be a total loss. This is a developing story, we will update once we learn more.
